Chakra Balancing is a form of energy healing that focuses on channelling energy into the seven chakras. When we talk about treating chakras we are referring to treating your energetic body. The body is not only made up of the physical body, we have an energy that extends beyond our physical wellbeing. 

In this appointment I will evaluate your chakras and use energy work & essential oils to re align your energy, clear your chakras and focus your energy intentions.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

This is a two part healing where we will do a mind clearing technique and emotional balance healing where energy is moved through the body to release emotional blockages.

Here we will do a health and wellness consultation and use the Zyto Scan assessment tool in addition to an energy reading assessment. You receive a 10+ page report summarizing findings and recommendations for both your energy wellness and physical wellness.
